Dear Visitors, thank you for your interest in my website. Our Location is Thursday Island north of Cape York in Australia.. With 3 lovely Danish Ladies and Yuta (Japanese) we sailed from Cairns (Cooktown) with strong south easterlies trade winds to the most northerly part of Australia. The only problem was my electric anchor winch broke down and we have to haul the heavy chain and anchor up by hand. Hopefully I can get it repaired in Darwin. Our next stop will be Gove Harbour before passing through the Wessel Islands and Arnhem Land expecting to arrive in Darwin by the end of August.

The volunteer crew situation is good for me. Little Swan is booked out all the way to Bali . I am accepting passenger or participating crew for cruising in the Philippines. Ask for more detail of locations of the cruises in the Philippines.

On the 15th of July we received the very sad news from Switzerland , that my younger brother Peter had passed away after an operation to remove cancer. Bless his soul.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is quite simple. Each cruise is undertaken in the spirit of adventure, to explore oceans and distant lands, to meet people and marvel at their customs and culture, to cruise off the well-beaten tourist track and experience life at sea.

Our concept provides you with the unique opportunity of really learning how the boat is operated from a hands-on perspective, while cruising through paradise. Due to the complexity of the craft, the Owner/Skipper is always there for advice and help.

Little Swan

Little Swan is fitted out to let you feel at home with ample creature comforts and is a safe and seaworthy vessel.

Little Swan is a privately owned sail / cruising vessel circumnavigating the world at a leisurely pace.

From time to time the owner/skipper invites people to join as "crew" (passenger) to participate in these trans-oceanic passages.

You can participate in every aspect of the smooth running of the yacht. With advanced learning, you can even be in charge of the vessel with minimum supervision.
